A couple of THOUGHTS on leadership philosophy
The value you think you bring may not be what value THE BUSINESS, or the team see you bring. In other words, our super-power/s may NOT BE so obvious to us, and those drivers and actions that we are most COMFORTABLE WITH, may not be as effective as we think they are. Collaboration within teams, or friendships, can be a ‘push and pull’ under certain circumstances and UNDER PRESSURE, reverting to what we are most familiar with doing is not NECESSARILY AS productive as  bringing another strength we hold. Recognising feedback in all of its forms AND having A willingness to  self-reflect, is oftentimes, where we better understand who we truly are.

Emerging managers

Designed to help young leaders and managers recognize their crucial role in a business's success.
The distinction between a boss and a leader is explored, and we delve into the common themes and challenges faced by individuals at the onset of their management careers.
The emphasis is on understanding their pivotal role in driving business success and enhancing team performance.
